SER Registered
Structural Engineers Registration Ltd is a subsidiary of the Institute of Structural Engineers with the support from Institute of Civil Engineers – it provides and manages Registration schemes for the certification of the Design of Building Structures.
We are have been SER registered for Scotland since 2007 and this enables us to certify design of building structures and to include a certificate with the application to Local Authorities for Building Warrants.
Our certifying engineer is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the design of the structure of a project satisfy the requirements of the Building (Scotland) regulations 2004.
