Associate Director – Structural Lead
Reporting to the Consultancy Director. The role involves managing resources, engineers, and contracts, as well as performing structural engineering with expertise in timber, steel, masonry, and concrete design. Strong communication skills are vital, and a minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience is required.
Senior Structural Engineer
Reporting to the Associate Director – Structural Lead, but ultimately responsible to the Consultancy Director. Key responsibilities include communicating design information to stakeholders, managing contracts, and leveraging at least 15 years of experience in materials like Timber, Steel, Masonry, and Concrete. The role also involves site visits, client liaison, and problem-solving.
Drainage Engineer
The post holder reports to the Associate Director – Drainage and has ultimate responsibility to the Consultancy Director. Responsibilities include managing contracts, preparing drainage designs, conducting site visits, liaising with stakeholders, and providing fee proposals. This role involves both independent and team work, along with a focus on communication and project management.
Graduate Structural Design Engineer
The post holder reports to the Senior Engineer and ultimately to the Consultancy Director. Responsibilities include assisting with contract delivery, communication with stakeholders, office contract management, site visits if necessary, and contributing to problem-solving within the team. This role focuses on teamwork and supporting senior management as required.
